The movie "Cat on the Roof" mainly describes the left-behind child Xiaolong (played by Wu Chenxi) who has lived with his grandfather (played by Zhang Yi) since he was a child, and he and his good friends Lele (played by Shi Yifan) and Xiaomei (played by Pan Jingzhi) agreed to go public together after graduating from primary school. However, while Lele and Xiaomei broke their agreement, Xiaolong's father informed Xiaolong that he was about to go to school in Shanghai. Xiaolong didn't want to leave his grandfather and good friends, so he secretly ran away from home with the cat he had raised since he was a child. I thought I could live independently by picking up garbage in the abandoned area, but I never expected that the cat that grew up with him would be buried by the young scavenger Xiangyang. In the end, the story of Xiaolong, who lost everything, chose to go to school in Shanghai.
