Night flights are named red-eye flights because most of the passengers stay up late and their eyes are red. Lisa (Rachel McAdams), a senior executive at the Lux Atlantic Hotel, has to take her least favorite red-eye flight today because she has to rush back to work at the hotel tomorrow after attending her grandmother's funeral. <br /> Lisa's luck was good, she met the handsome and dashing Jackson (played by Cillian Murphy) at the airport, and they had a good conversation for two days. What surprised Lisa even more was that the two were on the same red-eye flight and sat next to each other. When she thought that a beautiful fate would unfold, Lisa never expected that the originally gentle Jackson would reveal his hideous face. It turns out that Jackson is a member of the terrorists who is on his way to assassinate a high-ranking security officer living in the Lux Atlantic Hotel. Now, terrorists have kidnapped Lisa's father and asked Lisa, the hotel's director, to assist Jackson in the assassination mission. Under the threat of terrorists, where will Lisa go?
