The film is based on Liu Qiongfang, "a good doctor for our people", and tells the touching story of her fighting cancer for 39 springs and autumns. She used the conscience of a doctor to melt the frost in the hearts of patients, and used superb medical skills to make endangered people desperate, and at the last moment of her life, she still cared about the patient. Therefore, she was posthumously awarded the "Outstanding Communist Party Member" by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee.
